- We will happily exchange, refund or issue a store credit within 30 days of purchase.
- Return Postage will not be covered by Bambino & Bug.
- First exchange item: Once your item is received by Bambino & Bug, Bambino & Bug will cover the postage cost to send your new item to you
- Further exchange item(s) will incur an additional flat $10 fee

- AFTERPAY: Afterpay orders will not be refunded. If you opt to use Afterpay as your payment method, you will only be eligible for an exchange or credit note to the value of your purchase.
FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS
If the product is deemed faulty or the incorrect product has been sent out, Bambino & Bug will refund the full amount (excluding original shipping) and/or exchange, replace or offer a store credit upon receipt/confirmation of the faulty goods.
